Claims Admin & BCTIs
You will be able to access Claims Administration from your practice's network. Outside of this, please note that the Claims Administration system is only accessible on the connected health network.
If you previously accessed Pegasus World via Citrix, you will now have a new option to launch Claims Admin as a supported Citrix App. Navigate to Citrix https://citrix.srphc.health.nz and log in using your SRPHC user name in the format Firstname Lastinitial Number, e.g. JohnS4.
Once logged into Citrix please click on the Citrix App to launch Claims Admin
To access Claims Administration log in using your SRPHC user name firstname.lastname@srphc.health.nz
Please Note: If you a are TMG Hosted practice using Medtech Evolution you will need to access Citrix outside of your remote session.
To download the BCTIs please create a BCTI folder within your Local PC drive C: and save the file there.
