ERMS Online - Cannot Find Received Referral After Accepting / Declining:
Received Referrals have filters at the top of the page. Once a referral has been 'Actioned', it is no longer considered 'Requiring Action'.
Ensure you select the 'All Referrals' filter at the top of the screen and if you still cannot find it, make sure your 'Date Range' from when the referral was sent to you, is selected correctly and then select 'Search'. You can use the pre-date selections of 'Last Week', 'Last Month', 'Last Three Months' or 'Last Year'.
My recommendation is, if you cannot find it, select 'All Referrals' and 'Last Year' and then search for the 'Patients NHI' in the NHI column.
